    You will require a referral letter from your GP or specialist. Please bring copies of any x-rays/imaging, medicare card and private insurance details. You can also save time by filling out the new patient form below.

    Fees
    Accounts are required to be settled on the day of your consultation. A proportion of the fee is rebatable from Medicare. We accept cash, cheque, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard.

    Public patients
    If you do not have private hospital health insurance and would like to see Mr. Howells as a public patient, please ask your local doctor or specialist to refer you directly.
